If you are unsure about booking using our E-booking form on the Courses page you can down load our PDF version here, print it up, fill it in and send it to us in the post with your cheque payment.
Don't forget to read our Player code of conduct and sign and bring with you our Parent / Guardian disclaimer, with out this you can not take part on any of our courses.
Arrive on time.
Bring a Pack lunch, drink.
Wear trainers or football boots.
Wear suitable clothing ie : track suit, shorts if warm, t-shirt.
Bring a rain Jacket, [ you will be training outside ].
Read our code of conduct.

All abilities [ boys & girls ] are welcome from the age of 4 - 16, however we recomend that for the age of 4 that these children only attend for half a day or just a couple of days.
